About Me

Following my heart and my passion, I moved from a corporate communications career in helping companies build strong corporate brands to journeying with individuals to attain their best personal and professional selves through, self-discovery, realisation and transformation.  I too have had my  fair share  of sadness, disappointment, self-doubt and disillusionment. Amongst the many  stripes that I’ve earned over the years, sit a collection of scars that have taught me that What Breaks You also Makes You.  And that is isn’t always about how well you do in the moment, but what you are prepared to bring to and from the overall experience.

In the words of Dr Wayne Dyer, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change” and on hindsight, I wish I had that opportunity to widen my lens and have someone  shine light on the darkness of my thoughts and help me cast away the shadows of self-doubt.

My mission is to facilitate coaching conversations in safe spaces that encourage personal change through open expression, self-reflection and awareness, at a pace that you are comfortable with.

An ICF credentialed coach (PCC), I  offer a holistic certified coaching approach that brings together the practices of Transformative Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Social Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness.  With a touch of intuition and insight drawn from my personal observations, experiences and lessons in life.

WHAT IS COACHING?

As defined by the International Coaching Federation:   “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

Coaching is aimed at helping individuals bring about positive and sustainable change in dealing with difficult decisions, adjusting to transitions, coping with personal challenges, and improving well-being and quality of life.

The coach acts as a compass to guide the client who is committed  to  the journey with full participation and responsibility for the outcome.

Through a process of thoughtful and reflective dialogue that is supportive, safe, non-judgmental and confidential, coaching sessions are dedicated to getting a fresh perspective on issues that have been concerning the client.
